Connection flight - Nov 7th evening - hang out? (Dubai)

Dear all,
I will have a connection in Dubai and I wanted to spend my time in the city. Is anybody going to a party on Nov 7th, Friday? My flight from Brazil lands at 9pm and my next flight to the Philippines is at 4am. I would appreciate joining any activity rather than staying at the airport. On my way back from Manila, I will spend some more days in the Dubai and I would love to join any other Internations events.
