Customer Support – ISO (Dubai)

Candidate must possess minimum of 2years of experience and a vast knowledge about ISO standards. Arabic speaking candidates will be preferred.
Specific Description:
• Clients remain agree for the terms already communicated signed at the time of initial
• Any possibility of up selling or referral marketing activities possibility
• Ensuring the customer feedback activity is done on properly designed feedback form
• Managing the CRM activity with complete and comprehensive strategy.
• Managing the recertification from VMC after completing the 2nd surveillance.
• Arranging /completing the consultancy work needed according to type, situation , need and/or other variables of clients such as language specialty needed
• Coordination and ensure there should not be delayed in cycle of audit as per stipulated time according to CB requirements
• Proper budgeting of surveillance type clients and ensuring timely revenue generation and collection of amount from clients.
• Securing the monthly amount to develop/generate other business development activities.
• Submit monthly performance report with analysis, showing retaining, up selling and collection of surveillance amount in details with next month planning against all parameters/targets.
• This section will plan quarterly events , training sessions and six-month magazine
Work Experience Required:
• Candidate should have 6months - 1year of relevant work experience in UAE
Education Requirements:
• Any Bachelors degree preferred
• Knowledge in ISO standards Protected content , Protected content , Protected content will be preferred
