Dating in Dubai

I am considering a move to Dubai and am researching about dating opportunities. I am a matured woman looking for a serious relationship with single, matured men in their 40s and 50s. I am aware of the laws and the restrictions of dating in a Muslim country like UAE. However, since Dubai's population consist mostly of foreigners, I thought there might be an openness towards dating. Is it easy to meet good quality men? Are there reputable dating services for professional expats? Any feedback would be much appreciated. I hope this post will not offend anyone and I apologize if it's seen as inappropriate.
