Egypt visa (urgent!!!) for UAE residents? (Dubai)

Hi All,

Need a quick advice...

I was confirmed by travel agency that Armenian nationality with UAE residency will obtain Egypt visa upon arrival....

Now just few days before my trip.. same agency advised I need visa and have to obtain through Embassy ????

Please advise if any express visa options, I was told tomorrow Consulate is closed because of public holiday.... I have a trip on 10th October and not sure how to get a quick visa.

If anyone knows someone working in Embassy who can advise and assist that would be highly appreciated.????????
