ESL TEACHER (Dubai)

Hi, does anybody know of any schools recruiting for English Teachers in the city of Dubai or surrounds.....Ive been sending off CV's all over the place but little or no response.
I'm particularly looking for a school that has insight and can see beyond the high restrictions of must have Masters of Education and must be this age and must have this or that.......I am a professional with many years of teaching English all over the world and as an employer I would have thought experience, expertise, professionalism and results far outweighed the restrictions that are being put aside for teachers nowadays.

If anybody can help me I would be most appreciative.
