Etisalat (Dubai)

Hi again guys, do you happen to know anybody/any phone number in Etisalat that could really be of help? We have made a request for TV&internet one and a half months (!) ago and nobody even bothered to call us or show up, despite the fact that they even scheduled an appointment. The customer service is not at all helpful and they are unfortunately our (the customers') only link to the technicians team.

Does it always take forever for them to install these services? Did this happen to you too? Please don't tell me it takes a year to get internet from Etisalat in Dubai, I've heard Du only takes 3 days :-(
