Fastest Way to Residency...Marriage OR Investment! (Dubai)

OK Guys, Time for a new post!!!!

What do you think is the fastest (quicker & easier as well) way to get a permanent residency/nationality (passport) of another country (Like US, UK or any Schengen states, etc)?

A) Marry a national/resident of that country
B) Make an investment or set up a company in that country
C) Apply for an immigration(which as far as I know can be quite time taking)
D) Get a Job (but as per my info even to get permanent residency there is a number of years that you need to be on a job to apply for it)

Any other suggestions are more than welcome!
