Front Desk Coordinator/ Receptionist (Dubai)
Our Terra Casa family is growing and we need a FEMALE who is an excellent admin, with good marketing skills and has outstanding telephone manners
It will be an Advantage if she knows a CRM or worked for Real Estate.
She should be able to do the following with utmost professionalism:
• Greets business’ visitors, warmly welcomes and offers them refreshments.
• Must comfortably interact with individuals of all professional levels.
• Responsible for answering all incoming calls, carefully screening calls as requested, routes them to their proper recipient, taking and relaying messages as needed.
• Provide information about establishment, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
• Handles inquiries received from the landline and company mobile phone
• Directs specific inquiries to the assigned consultants and record the loop of communication.
• Oversees the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail. When mail arrives, the receptionist sorts it, eliminating junk mail and identifying those of the highest priority.
• Drafts correspondence and prepares daily report sheets.
• Orders office supplies, files documents, makes photocopies and sends and receives couriers.
• Perform light bookkeeping tasks.
• Hear and resolve complaints from customers or the public.
• Keep a current record of staff members' whereabouts and availability.
• Updates leads on CRM.
• Have an initiative and participates in giving ideas to improve work at the office
