Geolocator - Geographic locator while traveling (Dubai)

There should be a comprehensive database just for traveling. This is an international network and am surprised there are only forums and groups for it.
Geolocator should be a separate submenu where you are able to enter your coordinates (select dates, country, city) for your travel, brief description (purpose of your trip) and you can connect with other members in your final destination, you are given recommendations and opportunity to connect with other members directly through this tool. You skip going through other communities, looking at forums or groups hoping to get more insight of the place you are visiting.
