Going to live in Dubai, your input?

Hello all,

I've got a great job opportunity arising to go to work in Dubai which is very exciting. However, I've never been there before and I probably have a very stereotyped idea about this place. I wonder which kind of life you can have there? is it difficult if you are a single woman as I am? is it easy to integrate? Is it possible to really fulfill yourself coming from European occidental life which is so different from there?

I would value any experience you could share with me?
