graphic design/photography opportunities? (Dubai)

Hello,
does anyone know of any graphic design opportunities here in the cultural and/or publishing sector? I have recently come to Dubai and I am looking for interesting work opportunities.
On another, but similar note, I am also seeking photography work - either fine art or commercial. Any ideas?
