Handyman needed to fix things in my apartment (Dubai)

Hello :-)
I'm looking for a Handyman to help fix a few things in my apartment and also to advise me on where to buy fixtures and fittings, it seems really hard to track down on the internet and as many of you may have experienced emails never get answered on the Handyman sites, so thought i'd ask for recommendations before phoning.
Simple stuff needed, Shower unit fitting, kitchen cabinet doors hanging, marble top replacing and maybe the walls of the apartment painted !

Any non expensive recommendations welcome, thanks a lot.
