HELP in moving to Dubai

Hi there everyone.

I know I've spoken to some of you in here already. I really wanted to move to Dubai. I'm in Toronto, Canada. I've been applying constantly, as per you advise to a number of sites: bayt.com, charterhouseme.ae. I was advised that it's better to go to gulfrecruit.com, gulftalent.com & monster gulf. So far, no luck yet.

I studied IT but have tons of business experience (7 years) in administration, management, personnel relations/customer service. I was wondering if anyone can point me to the right direction, if you know of any openings at all? I currently work for a large Canadian Bank as a Licensed Insurance Advisor...so anything in the Insurance industry/bank will apply as well. I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
