Help-IT expert (Dubai)

Hello. We have just had a new website built. It is hosted with godaddy. However, we are having a problem with the email on the site. It seems if using certain browsers we do not receive the emails sent by the sender, though others we do You click on the email in 'Contact Us/bottom of the page-complete and send). Note: the one's we do receive are in our godaddy account, but the one's we don't ,don't even appear in the godaddy account. It is obviously very important we resolve this, as we could miss possible customers who think they have emailed us, but we have never received. Can anyone help?
