Hope to find company on 17-20 Dec (Dubai)

Dear all, marhaba!
I am coming to your great country and city on 17-th of December and I hope to find a company to visit some good places (cafes, art gallerys, clubs) you could advice there and communicate about different interesting subjects, relationship between Russia and UAE f.e. :)
I will be glad to find new friends in Dubai and welcome them in Moscow or St-Petersburg from my side.
