I want to buy a property in Thailand (Dubai)

Hi Folks,
I am planning to buy a property in Thailand, and would be thankfull for your suggestions. What are the legal issues, how and where to buy and is there any authentic website so I can check the prices accordingly. In addition to this, if I want to start a business there like a resturant so what is the procedure to do so and how much it worth from the investment point of view. I will highly appreciate this piece of information.
