Job Summary
• Managing diaries and making appointments
• Booking rooms and travel arrangements
• Preparing and distributing papers and documents for meetings
• Taking minutes
• Dealing with post
• Drafting letters and other documents
• Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
• Receive and relay telephone messages.
• Operate office equipment, such as photocopy machine and scanner
• Provide overall office support
• Performs other duties as required

• 2 to 3 years experiences in Secretarial/ Administrative Assistant or similar position
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects on tight deadlines, organized work habits, consistent accuracy, and attentiveness to details
• Expertise with Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; verbal and written
• Fluency of the English and Arabic Languages is a must
