At Sesam Business Consultants we are looking for a passionate Key Account Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers. Focus of the new role is building a dedicated relationship of trust with key account clients through diligently servicing and advising their every immigration and visa need.
•Operate as the lead point of contact for all immigration matters specific to our customers
•Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
•Consult clients on immigration and HR related solutions
•Regular reporting to client and department head
•Maintaining and updating Customer Relationship Management case records
•Developing and maintaining client specific budgets
•Quick assessment of immigration obstacles and related consultation
•Proven account management or other relevant customer relation experience
•Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence
•Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
•Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
•Excellent English verbal and written communications skills
•Ability to work well in a fast moving team
•Arabic skills are an advantage
