KICKBOXING---any groups good enough to join? (Dubai)

I've been into martial arts when I was younger. Now that I am older, I want to engage myself again in kickboxing but I would be starting from zero again. I didn't do much exercise recently except when doing massage therapy. (yes that's my exercise!).
