Kindle Amazon (Dubai)

Hello every body,

I bought a Kindle and I am unable to download book on amazon. It seems forbidden by government. I also tried to give my address in France but it's now Amazon who is telling me that, because I am oversea, I cannot download any books.
The most strange is that one day, at the beginning it was working so I have dl couple of books but now I am starting to approach to the end ;)

Any clue?
