Looking for European Receptionist/Secretary (Dubai)


Our client, a globally known Business Centre in Dubai, is looking out to recruit a well experienced Secretary/Receptionist for their Office located in the heart of Dubai. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a relevant qualification, between 22 to 32 years of age, with a minimum of 03 to 05 years Secretary/Receptionist experience. You should be well groomed, presentable, confident, well organized, flexibility with timings, with excellent communication skills in English. Well experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks, strong calendar management, travel arrangements for senior management, and able to work independently with little or no supervision, capable of handling work pressure, proactive, resourceful with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial for this role. Expert level of written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and excellent computer skills, are equally important for this position. Preferred Nationality would be British/American/South African or any European nationality. Salary package offered to the right candidate will be between AED 8,000t to 12, Protected content + company benefits.
