I'm looking to get back into this and looking for recommendations of some good MMA or Jiu-jitsu instructors. I've already tried KO gym and while they have a generally good program, I find they don't have a good teacher.
Additionally, if anyone has any experience training at ADCC I'd love to hear from you.
