Mirdif - RAK (Dubai)

Good morning everyone , happy weekend!
Although I have been lurking in the background for a little while, basically because most of my time is out of the country, (which is about to change) can some one tell me how long it would take to travel from Mirdif to RAK, I believe the road has been upgraded after Sharjah ? Return trip daily for work.
