Moving to Dubai

Hello everybody,
I want to move to Dubai in October with my boyfriend. He's got a Job now but I am still searching.
Now I am not sure what my next steps should be. I am an executive assistant in a hotel and tourism Company. Is it easy to find a Job there or would it be better to stay in Germany and search here?
