Moving to Dubai

Hi,

I am a chartered accountant (ACCA) and I would like to move to Dubai with my partner. He is an Urban Designer and has 3 degrees but I don't have a degree I just have ACCA and have heard you have to have a degree to get a Visa to be an accountant, is this the case?

Also will we be able to live together or have to live seperately and how does the cost of living compare to England.
