Moving to Dubai during Ramadan,suggestions?

I planning to move from Kuala lumpur to Dubai next month , However some of my friends told me that things are pretty slow in Ramadan, especially recruitment processes and such. Kindly share if you have any information regarding this.
I would also like to know if there are any employment agencies or websites that could assist me.
