Need advice (Dubai)

Dear friends, i am Karthic recently arrived in Abu Dhabi and working here. My wife is planning to visit Dubai to to see me during her oneweek holiday starts at Thursday the 24th March. She is living in Norway but holding Sri Lankan passport. It will take time if she aplly for Visa in Norway. Any suggestions to get her a visa in short time. Also we are legally married in last year but at the moment we don't have our marriage certificate. Is there will be a problem if we stayed together in a hotel? As i am new here i need adice from you fiends. Best, Karthic.
