Notice period and visa cancellation (Dubai)

Just want to ask,
My friend is going to transfer to a new company and she needs to serve 30 days notice with her current company. Can they cancel her employment visa while serving 30 days notice? So she can give the cancellation page to her new employer to process her new visa? Or she needs to finish her notice period before it can be canceled?
