This is NOT a Secretary/PA position! Please read attached details thoroughly before applying.

This role will give you the opportunity to become the face & voice of the company. In line with the company’s brand and culture you will coordinate and maintain relationships with clients, while supporting the team of Property Consultants.

We are looking for an OFFICE COORDINATOR BACKGROUND LADY who meets following criteria:

 A creative thinker with Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
 Minimum 1 year related work experience
 Excellent communication (verbal & written English) and administrative skills
 Analytical, problem solving & decision making skills
 Effective organizational & time management skills
 Comprehensive computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
 Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
 Excellent interpersonal skills & team spirit
