We are urgently looking for an Operations Person with strong operations and customer service experience of at least five years in Djibouti. The position will be based in Djibouti. The preferred candidate must have excellent comprehensive skills, a strong command of English (both written and spoken), and excellent response times to emails and phone calls. Good office management skills are required.
The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, and have excellent customer service and etiquette in dealings with agents and/or clients. A full clear driving license in Djibouti is preferred. The candidate should be very familiar with local knowledge of Djibouti and be able to effortlessly orient other people with this information.
List of responsibilities include but are not limited to:
. managing daily affairs and utilities for the office.
. Identifying local vendor capabilities and doing due diligence.
. Sourcing local vendor rates and reporting to branch offices.
. Coordinating with other offices.
. Arranging site visits with clients.
. Arranging delivery of services with clients.
. Arranging airport meet and greet.
. Will have to oversee operations of a new apartment contract.
