Personal banking (Dubai)

Good day to all, I am settling in Dubai and need to choose a bank to receive my salary.

All I need from this bank account is to:
- receive monthly salary
- make one transfer per month abroad
- have them issued a credit/debit card
- make some minor local transfers

Nothing special and nothing fancy.

Maybe rather than to ask what bank to use I should ask : what bank NOT to use.

I appreciate your advice and will happily buy the best adviser a beer on the next IN event.
