Private Pension schemes in Dubai?

Hi all !
I just wanted to ask all expats who live and work in Dubai, does Dubai offer any pension schemes? If one knows of any private reputable company that offers paying into a pension scheme for expats whilst their working life in Dubai would be appreciated. I was aware of one such company called Global Eye based in Jumeira but I recall they were more inclined to offer a 'life' policy. Any ideas are appreciated!
