Recommendation for Company Formation service (Dubai)

Hi,
I am about to set up a Dubai branch of our UK company. Has anyone used one of these companies that set up companies in Dubai before? If so, would you recommend them?

Also, if anyone has experience of setting up a small company, I would be interested to talk to you and find out about your experience. Maybe we could meet for a coffee and a brief chat?
