Actively recruiting for an Office Secretary with relevant experience in a professional office environment. Candidates will have good Microsoft Office Suite skills, as well as excellent administrative organizational skills, office management and event planning. Must be proactive and be able to anticipate the next step without having to be directed and be comfortable working in an environment requiring multi-tasking & evolving priorities.
The candidate will be based in our soon to open Dubai office.

Essential functions of the job
Some experience having worked as an Office Secretary /Office Assistant would be an advantage. Responsibilities will include, general administrative support for management and including, but not limited to;
Previous experience organizing and prioritizing workload to meet deadlines.
Experience using multiple PC applications including: Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, flights, hotels and visa applications.
Cooperating with several international partners and clients.
Manage calendar, arrange and set up meetings (internal & external),
Extensive meeting organization requiring clear communication externally.
Obligation to obtain signatures and approvals for a variety of important and confidential documents.
Other tasks such as filing, phone support, visit/telephone screening and maintenance of executive calendars.
Invoicing, purchase orders reconciling company purchass, preparation of expense reports.
Positive attitude, high level of motivation to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Ability to multitask and have strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to maintain a positive and cooperative attitude toward co-workers and team members while under stress.
Demonstrated ability to work professionally, courteously, and in a timely manner when working alone.
