register a car in dubai with an Abu Dhabi visa (Dubai)

Hi all,
maybe some of you had the same problem in the past and can help me.
I'm thinking of buying a used car in Dubai but my visa has been issued by Abu Dhabi (so I'm supposed to be resident there), do you know the procedure for registering the car?
