Relocating to Dubai

Hello All,
I'll be relocating to Dubai during the 1st week of April, as I got a job offer there. I'd like to ask if you know what is the best way to manage the accommodation, is it much better to live in Sharjah and going to work & coming back from (Dubai - Business Bay) everyday, OR renting a flat in Dubai? What will be the cost of both? ? what do you recommend.
