Renting in Dubai-info

Hi all,

Myself and my fiancee are hoping to move to Dubai in September; we are wondering about basic things such as the cost/issues of renting in Dubai? What is the prince range per month for a decent one-bed in a good area?

Which area would anyone suggest looking in? We are familiar with the city and while JBR is nice, I would prefer living somewhere more quiet. Would being near a green space be too much to ask?!
