Sponsorship. (Dubai)

Hi,
I am after some advice or direction please. I am currently discussing and negotiating a great opportunity to libe and worK in Sharjah. We have hit a stumbling stone. My husband and I are only recently married.
it appears that I can't sponsor my step children. We are trying to find a way for this to occur so our children can all experience a different culture. We have looked at my husband studying, what universities if any, offer residency visas, and can he sponsor his children with this?
