Hello People,

Right, so I have started intense training post Ramadan and it is really getting to me.

Just a simple question about proteins and fat burners / stimulants.
I am planning to take Protein with fat burner and pre-workout with multi-vitamin. Will this be a problem?

Additionally, I am looking for a good absorption agent. Any recommendations?
