Support for elderly relatives in Dubai

Hello Friends,
I recently moved to Dubai from US, and am reaching out to you for some help with a service I am trying to introduce in this region.
Many of us have parents/older relatives living with us in Dubai, or back in our home country who have some medical needs who require some assistance with their daily living and 24/7 monitoring, but don’t need admittance to a nursing home. This poses a challenge for many of us in being together. I am trying to introduce a solution to this challenge, but need to get perspectives of a variety of folks in a similar situation to be able to understand the needs and preferences.
