T-Shirt Designer needed. (Dubai)

Hi, I'm looking for a T-Shirt Designer.
I have a Brand in mind and have many of the ideas sorted, they are quite simple but I need someone to Create them digitally. I have Colours, Fonts etc so really its more of a Technical Job, however some Create input would also be needed for sure.
I have a Budget of $500 for the Process.
