unable to join community (Dubai)

Hello friends.

I am member of internations from last 4 months, i have invited one of my friend to join me at one event. she try to create account from company email ID at internations but get declined.

I invited her again to signup with personal email ID, she try and again her request of membership was declined.

can can one help us here, why her account is being rejected over and over?
