Unfair wages paid by employer (Dubai)

Hi guys,

I'm originally from Latvia but have lived in Ireland for nearly 10 years. I work in an insurance brokerage company and within my team there are 3 british guys and me. I have EU passport the same as them, but the problem is they get paid nearly 2x (1.85x to be exact) as much as me for exactly the same job as me. I have to exaggerate on EXACTLY THE SAME.

My main question is if this is legal by the employer to do so?

Please let me know, as I'm in a dilemma.
