VERIFYING LEGITIMACY OF BUSINESS (Dubai)

Hey Guys, First of all thanks everyone for helping with information.
I am in Talks with couple of Business's in Dubai to Invest in their Project and Almost there to sign Partnership. Due to Pandemic, Unfortunately we are still in Lockdown here in Toronto and its very Uncertain when will Borders reopen. I liked the concept of the Business and Really Interested to go ahead with my Investment. Again Unfortunately, i Cannot Travel to meet Face to Face with Business Owner to close the deal. My question is - Given the current Scenario, What is the Best way to Verify and Authenticate the Legitimacy of the Business in Dubai? I have Checked their Website and all looks good. But its very Hard to trust Social Media Information nowadays. I have asked for Business Tax Papers for previous years which are on the way. Any Inputs and Suggestions are Highly Appreciated and Welcome.
