Visa Sponsor question (Dubai)

Hello everyone, I need some help regarding the visa for Dubai. I am Albanian, but I live in Italy with Italian documents. I wanted to go 15 days for Holiday Christmas to find my friends in Dubai that host me at their home. I'll not fly with Emirates and I will not go to the hotel. So I want to know if my friends could do for me as a sponsors for a tourist visa or visit? Can anyone help me?
