We are looking to recruit immediately a Business Development Manager in facilities management for our client in Dubai office . (Females Preferred)
Responsible for delivering sales in line with the business plan
! Maintains the relationship between the Business and its customers by building customers’ confidence in the companies capabilities as the “supplier of choice”.
! Works with business managers to execute Sales
! Identifies, develops and exploits new business opportunities for the sale of companies business’s capabilities
! Gathers information on competitors and disseminates as appropriate.
! Develops relationships across Business and identifies opportunities to increase the volume and scope of the business by exploiting cross Business capabilities.
! Develops networks to increase current and new markets for existing services and solutions, ensuring stakeholders' needs are addressed
! Maximises and further develops business with new and existing customers in order to create new
sales order winning opportunities
! Provides a focus for channelling detailed sales related enquiries
! Provides feedback to business on market pull in order to remain aware of future trends in relevant
markets and thereby remain competitive
! Reports on progress against forecast orders and probable dates of order accurately
! Generates new business with existing customers
! Screens enquiries and prepare EOIs, PQQs, and responses to RFI, RFP and ITTs as required
! Contributes to bid and tender activities as appropriate
! Prepares contract amendments for extensions and change orders to current programmes
! Works closely with the Project Managers to identify opportunities to influence customers
! Works closely with the Project Managers in order ensure proposals meet with operational capability.
! Negotiates work share across collaborative programmes with partners
Proven contract and sales negotiation experience in relation to securing complex and multi-service agreements.
! An in-depth understanding of the Facilities Management sector, within theatre and direct experience in the Middle East
! At least 5 years experience in business development, marketing or sales within the sector, ideally with a strong prospective client list.
Must be fluent in English with strong verbal and written skills, ideally with a working knowledge or
better of Arabic
! Must have strong understanding of the budgeting process for bid preparation
! Must have strong and proven sales negotiation experience within sector and within region/country
! Must have a proven track record of business origination and increasing revenues against target
! Must have a in-depth understanding of the competition in this business sector
! Must have strong sales techniques relevant to this market space
