What's the best way to order books in Dubai?

Is it faster to have the local bookstore order it? Or should I order it from amazon and have it delivered to my apt building?
I haven't received any mail here yet so I don't know how efficient the mail is here. The building I am in told me I can receive mail at their PO box.
Anyone?
