Working in Dubai

Hello everyone,

I will be moving by the end of the year to Dubai.

My question is the following:

I am a real estate broker, and my plan is to do the same in Dubai.
Whatwould be easier for me to do, considering as well permits and visa for myself and my family.

Operate as an individual (do you need any license to rent or sell properties?) or create my own company in Dubai (which could be a branch of a Swiss company..)?
