any advice of how to kill time (Dublin)

Hi there. From India here. Landed in Dublin in June this year and am a non EU spouse. Killing some time as I have sent in the EU family registration form to GARDA but now, not really anything to do except surfing the net. Cannot even work as currently I do not have the Stamp 4. Do not have any friends here so it can get really boring. I am quite sure, there may be other people too who have gone through the same as myself. Was wondering if someone can help me with some advice of how to kill time here.
