Australian & NZ citizens moving to Ireland.. (Dublin)

Hi All,
I am hoping to get in contact with any Australian's and or New Zealand citizens who have made the move to Ireland. Where did you start in your move, had you secured a role before you moved over etc? Any tips or feedback welcome!

I am a dual citizen of Australia and Ireland and would like to explore the possibility of living and working in Ireland for a number of years. My husband is a New Zealand citizen and we have a 1 year old son who also has Irish citizenship.

Appreciate any advice! (am currently in Australia).
